What area do you serve?
We deliver and pick up across Rock County, WI & Whitewater. If you're just outside the area, get in touch — we may still be able to help.
How long is the rental?
Each package includes a 2-week rental. Need more time? Extra weeks are available for $1.25 per tote, per week — just let us know.
What's included?
Every package includes your totes, one standard dolly, and delivery plus pickup. Add-ons like extra dollies, a COSCO hand truck upgrade, labels, zip ties, and furniture blankets are available on request.
How many totes do I need?
A good rule of thumb is about 20 totes per bedroom. Small suits a studio or 1-bedroom, Medium a 2-bedroom, and Large a 3-bedroom or bigger.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes — delivery and pickup are included in every package price. We drop the totes at your door and collect them when you're done.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Totes are cleaned between every rental so they arrive ready to use.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit is required. A fee of $15 per tote applies only to totes that are lost or damaged.
How do I pay?
Start by sending a booking request. We'll confirm availability and arrange payment with you directly — there's no online payment at this time.
Can I change my dates?
Plans change — just reach out at info@rockcountytoterental.com and we'll do our best to accommodate a new delivery or pickup date.
