Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

Rock County Tote Rental ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rockcountytoterental.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, rental dates, package and add-on choices, any coupon code, and any notes you include. We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule delivery and pickup, and contact you about your rental.

Information collected automatically

• Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.
• Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which places cookies on your browser. It tells Meta which pages you visit on our site and when a booking request is submitted, so we can measure and improve our ads. It does not send Meta the contents of your booking request, and it does not run on our booking confirmation page. Meta may use this information along with other information it has about you, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:

• Vercel: website hosting and analytics
• Supabase: secure storage of booking requests
• Resend: delivering booking notifications to us by email
• Meta: advertising measurement, as described above

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• To control how Meta uses your activity for ads, visit your Meta ad preferences.
• You can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How long we keep information

We keep booking information as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
